2. I want to add my company to the Servpro directory, though I wish to omit my address, how should I proceed?

-The form must be completed with all company information, including address. However, as you proceed to submit your company listing an option is available that allows you to choose whether you would like your address to be shown or not be shown in your company listing.

3. There is an error in my listing, how do I proceed to correct it?

-When listing your company with Servpro, you have received a member's login and password via email. Using your member's login and password you may log into the members area and access your information and make corrections.

4. I forgot my password, how do I request it?

-If you have forgotten your password please Click Here to request your password to be emailed to you. Please have correct spelling of your company name as well as the same email address as listed on your listing.

5. I do not have a login and password, how do I get one?

-If you have a listing but have not created a login and password, please Click Here to request an automated made password to be emailed to you. Please have correct spelling of your company name as listed on the Servpro site.

6. My map is incorrect, how do I fix it?

-Please ensure your postal code and full address is correct. If the map link is still incorrect, you may request to have it removed by completing the "My Company information is incorrect" form located under the Contact Us link.

7. I requested changes to my listing and now my listing is no where to be found?

-If proper company and contact information (Company Name, Contact Name, email address) is not complete when requesting changes, the listing will be removed. Nevertheless, you may sign up again for your free company listing.

8. I submitted my free listing and received my welcome email, though my listing is not on the first page of my chosen categories, where is it?

-Free listings are listed randomly/alphabetically in your chosen categories; therefore your listing may not appear on the first page of results. If you would like to be placed on the top of results for maximum exposure, please view our Priority Placement Packages.

9. I am interested in advertising on Servpro, who do I contact?
